The Monte Carlo has spent the last few years transforming into an upscale resort. Its deluxe rooms feature cherry wood furniture and Italian marble entryways and bathrooms. It also added the 13,000-square-foot Diablo's Cantina right on The Strip. The resort also has 4 pools and a full-service spa.

You can upgrade to a Monaco Suite with a whirlpool tub and HDTV flat-screen TV for $35 more per night on most Sundays through Thursdays.
