Completed in 1907, Le Pavillon is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and Historic Hotels of America and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is adjacent to the French Quarter and five blocks to Bourbon Street.

The hotel's features include a rooftop with a fitness center, year-round heated pool, hot tub, sun deck and complimentary cabanas. There also are reportedly some extra guests; one paranormal investigation said some parts of the hotel are haunted with mischievous (but harmless) spirits.
